The best way to experience what it means to work with me is to enjoy it.
There are three ways to do this:
book me, attend one of my cooking workshops or read my book.
A special feature is the "aroma cooking".
I discovered this five years ago and it has been with me in my kitchen ever since.

About me...
Born in Austria in 2000, I began my training as a chef at the age of 15 at the 4*S Travel Charme Bergresort Werfenweng/ Salzburg.
Other inspiring stops for me were the Robinson Club Landskron on Lake Ossiach/Carinthia and the Robinson Club Cala Serena on Mallorca.
A very special experience was working at the Bullerei in Hamburg with Tim Mälzer.
Now I am back on the island, available for exclusive, private cooking events and looking forward to welcoming charming guests.

Hello dear Julius, now back home, we are still raving about the great evening you prepared for us in our beautiful finca. Whether it was tapas, beef tartare, tartare, strawberry sorbet or creme Catalan and pancakes, we were delighted! Your idea of bringing Patrick along to accompany the wine was also great!
